Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Most orders are processed one to three days after receipt. Orders in the United States are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, and will arrive one to five days from the shipping date. Orders outside of the United States are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and the time it takes to ship these orders varies. If you are concerned about the length of time until your order arrives, please contact AFCC at (608) 664-3750 or publications@afccnet.org to discuss alternative arrangements.

Q: I entered the wrong quantity for an item in my shopping cart. How do I change this?

A: Our current ordering system does not allow items to be changed once they are in the shopping cart. The item needs to be deleted and re-selected with the proper quantity.

Q: How are shipping and handling charges calculated?

A: Shipping and handing charges are based on a percentage of the cost of your order and are calculated after your order is placed. The charges will appear on your order confirmation. The minimum shipping charge is $5.00. If you have any questions about the cost of shipping and handling, please contact AFCC at (608) 664-3750 or publications@afccnet.org. In addition, orders for a large quantity of items, like a large pamphlet order, might have a shipping rate that is unnecessarily high. This will be adjusted, if necessary, upon order processing. Shipping outside of the United Sates is calculated in the AFCC office on a per-order basis. If you would like a quote, please contact us.

Q: I'd like to pay with a credit card. Which cards do you accept?

A: AFCC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: I paid for my order with a credit card. When will my card be charged?

A: Cards are processed through the AFCC office, not through the website. Credit cards are charged when the order is processed in the AFCC office, not when the order is placed online.

Q: I am concerned about online ordering security. Is your website secure? Can I fax in an order?

A: The AFCC Website transmits your order over a secure channel. If you would prefer to place your order by phone or to request an order form to fax an order, please contact AFCC at (608) 664-3750. Our fax number is (608) 664-3751.

Q: I work for an organization that uses purchase orders to process payments. Can I still use your online ordering system?

A: Yes, put your purchase order number in the space provided when you are checking out. This will be listed on the invoice that is shipped with your order.

Q: I have some AFCC Dollars. How do I redeem these while using your online ordering system?

A: If you wish to use AFCC Dollars towards an order placed online, you'll still need to mail your Dollars certificates to the AFCC office at 6525 Grand Teton Plaza, Madison, WI, 53719 or email a copy of the Dollars certificate to publications@afccnet.org. After placing your online order, please e-mail AFCC at publications@afccnet.orgto indicate that your AFCC Dollars are on their way. Your order will be processed as soon as your AFCC Dollars are received.

Q: Can I change my order after I have checked out?

A: Yes. To do so, you will need to contact the AFCC office at (608) 664-3750 or publications@afccnet.org. Please do this as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped the same day that they are received.

Q: Can I have my items shipped to a PO Box?

A: Please contact publications@afccnet.org. For larger orders within the United States AFCC uses UPS. UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses. If it is necessary to ship to a PO Box it may be possible to make arrangements.

Q: How do I know my order went through?

A: After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. AFCC receives a copy of this confirmation and this is what is used to process your order. However, on rare occasions, AFCC does not receive this e-mail. If you have not received your order after two weeks, please contact AFCC at (608) 664-3750 or publications@afccnet.org.
