AFCC Members Save up to $160 on Registration Rates: Register and pay by March 21, 2023, to receive the lowest rates for the conference! Not a member, yet? Join AFCC by taking advantage of the New Membership Special then register for the conference at the AFCC member rate.

New Membership Special: Join AFCC when you register for the conference and receive a twelve-month membership for $150 — a $10 discount — and save up to $150 by registering at the AFCC member rate! It pays for itself! To join AFCC, simply select the new membership special on the registration form. The new membership special rate is only available to first-time AFCC members.

Pre-Conference Institute Registration: Includes attendance at one preconference institute, refreshment breaks, and printed institute materials. Institute registration is a separate fee from registration for the full conference.

Conference Registration: Includes all conference sessions, electronic access to conference materials, certificate of attendance, refreshment breaks, opening reception, luncheon, annual banquet, entertainment, and access to the AFCC hospitality suite.* Pre-conference institutes require a separate registration fee.

Spouse/Guest Registration: Available only to a spouse or significant other accompanying a full-conference registrant, not a business associate or staff colleague. Includes plenary sessions, opening reception, luncheon, annual banquet, entertainment, and access to the AFCC hospitality suite*.

Conference Presenter Registration: Available only to conference presenters. Includes all conference sessions, electronic access to conference materials, refreshment breaks, opening reception, luncheon, annual banquet, entertainment, and access to the AFCC hospitality suite.* A separate registration fee is required for presenters who wish to attend a pre-conference institute.

Full-Time Student Registration: Includes all conference sessions, electronic access to conference materials, and access to the hospitality suite.* Meal functions are not included; however, meal tickets may be purchased separately. Registration must include proof of full-time student status. A separate registration fee is required for pre-conference institutes.

Additional Luncheon Ticket: The luncheon is included in the conference registration fee. Additional tickets are available for $72. Meal ticket prices reflect the estimated cost to AFCC.

Additional Annual Banquet Ticket: The annual banquet is included in the conference registration fee. Additional tickets are available for $110. Meal ticket prices reflect the estimated cost to AFCC.

Certificate of Attendance: AFCC will provide a certificate of attendance for all conference attendees. Certificates will only reflect sessions where the attendee signed in and out.

Session or Presenter Changes: AFCC reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, including (but not limited to) changes to the content and speakers in the published event schedule, or canceling sessions, should unforeseen circumstances arise.

Audio/Video Recording: No personal audio or video recording or photographing of sessions is permitted.
