Erin Way Process and Strategy Analyst

Erin Way returned to AFCC in September 2024 as Process and Strategy Analyst, after previously working with the organization from 2006 to 2016 in various marketing and communications roles. During her time away, Erin developed a successful career as a marketing leader, specializing in brand development, strategic planning, and multi-channel campaigns. She has led initiatives across diverse industries, with a consistent focus on enhancing customer experience. Erin holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is excited to leverage her expertise in data management, member engagement, and program services to further AFCC’s mission and impact.
